copy and scrapbook, we have income that normal scrapbook and
copy stores don't have. We are a full service copy store with
six b/w machines, three color, two oversize, binding, lamination
(hard and soft), fax, cutting machine, computers and inventory
for the copy store. The scrapbook part has about $130,000
wholesale worth of supplies. The scrapbook store has been
increasing in the past months and with more marketing it will
increase even more. We have an online site for scrapbooking.
This too will increase dramatically with know how. We have
been finding out about new ways to improve the online site.
As an owner, I have figured out what sells in the store and
what doesn't. This alone will save the future buyer thousands
of dollars. Also, I think we have some good ideas for marketing.
Training will be provided at the managers regular pay. As
I said before, this business will make money for an owner-operator.
An owner-operator isn't going to have to pay all the expenses
that I pay for my employees. This is a fun and interesting
