The chef will train or the sous chef is already trained in
the signature dishes of the restaurant if new owner is inclined.
The owners will offer SUBSTANTIAL transition consulting the
exact amount to be included in the contract based on buyers
needs. The restaurant is fully staffed and the sous chef/line
cook is willing to stay . Since we are fully staffed a chef
or a front of the house owner would be able to eliminate another
