over 20 years ago and built a small but strong and consistent
base of dedicated customers. About 10 years ago I sold the
commercial division with an agreement to retain the residential
in order to eliminate the overhead, employees etc. As a
result I was left with about 235 active residential customers
under the New England Watertech name. The focus was on quality
and not quantity in order to keep overhead to a minimum
and manageable by one person, full time. Although it is

a business. I have not advertised or promoted at all. Every
customer has been through word of mouth. It generates an
average of $300 per service call each year. The installed

the time of service. All of the units are uniform so inventory
is simplified and reduced to basic filters and components.

in New England attracting high income families. There is
only one other company in the area that sells the same system
(Hydrotech) I worked for them in the past and refer all
