Too often the decision to sell is entered into with too little forethought. Do you know why you are selling? Will selling solve the problems you are currently having?
Many times the decision to sell is a quick, emotional decision based on a temporary circumstance. Knowing why you want to sell, and what you will do after the sale, will allow you to go through the selling process on more solid ground. And in the process of answering these questions you may just decide not to sell and to rededicate yourself to the business.
